It also includes liaising with authorities to expedite approvals.Roles and responsibilities: Developing RFPs, briefs, and design strategies for master plan projects.Creating land use datasets, understanding various land use products, traffic networks, open spaces, and real estate trends.Analyzing land use and products for revenue potential.Coordinating with internal teams across disciplines relevant to master planning.Managing in-house design teams and delivering feasibility projects aligned with management expectations.Reviewing master plan deliverables and ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Municipality and Transportation (DMT) requirements.Engaging with Modon departments for procurement, feasibility, marketing, and sales, and conducting internal test fits.Reviewing land use analyses and recommending sectoral splits and changes.Presenting master plans to senior management and stakeholders as needed.Qualifications and education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master Planning, or Urban Design.Master’s degree in Urban Design or related fields.Optional: Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.Preferred skills and competencies: 15-18 years of experience in master planning or real estate master planning across asset classes.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including business functions.Strong knowledge of planning, architecture, infrastructure, transportation, project management, procurement, and commercial aspects.Extensive experience from visioning to detailed master planning stages.Understanding of land use complexities and revenue-generating assets.Proficiency in urban design and master planning best practices and trends.Excellent time and design management skills.Proficiency in master plan and urban design visualization tools (hand sketches, digital sketches, CAD).Skilled in preparing diagrams and reports using Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Power Point.Why choose Atkins Réalis?Tax-free salary, life insurance, comprehensive medical coverage, paid leave, gratuity, discretionary bonuses, annual flight contributions, relocation support, allowances, and wellbeing programs.Your difference makes a difference.
