Ophthalmologist duties and responsibilities Ensure high-quality patient care Work in a multidisciplinary team with other doctors and staff Conduct routine eye examinations Perform tests on patients Prescribe initial eye care products Perform minor surgeries Provide specialized eye treatments and therapy Prescribe various treatment plans Inform Optometrist about patient conditions Instruct interns, residents, or others in ophthalmologic procedures and techniques Stay up to date with trends in eye disorder care, diagnosis, and treatment Develop or implement plans and procedures for ophthalmologic services Ophthalmologist requirements and qualifications Previous experience as an Ophthalmologist for at least 3 years A specialization degree in Ophthalmology In-depth knowledge of treatments for chronic eye diseases Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent patient management skills Impeccable hand-eye coordination Salary Range: AED 60K to AED 65K Company Profile: Career Link HR is a leading healthcare recruitment and outsourcing company based in the UAE and UK, providing talented healthcare professionals to organizations worldwide.
