ASSPL - Maharashtra - C32 Responsibilities include: Managing overall Facility & Admin activities. Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule. Maintaining and troubleshooting conveyors involving automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, field sensors, sortation systems, and control cabinets. Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repairs. Coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC. DG maintenance. Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting, transformers, wiring methods, and materials. Handling relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components like photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders. Supporting production in a safe, customer-focused manner. Performing minor refurbishment and upgrades of building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment such as Trolleys, Cages, and Carts. Regular checks of Fire Alarms & Fire extinguishers. Maintaining carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters through oiling and greasing. Carrying out electrical works regularly. Issuing height work and hot work permits. Handling minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls. Providing daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and root cause analysis (RCA). Managing Soft services activities including pest control, housekeeping, and scrap & garbage disposal, as well as handling agency staff and overall shift management. About the team The team aims to be the most innovative and agile, setting benchmarks in safety, reliability, maintenance engineering, sustainability, cost optimization, and inclusivity, with the goal of becoming BAA in RME across geographies by 2030. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation with 3-4 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Same as minimum qualifications.
