Regional Intracompany Services Program Manager II Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Title And Summary Regional Intracompany Services Program Manager II Overview Inter-Company Agreements (ICAs) govern services provided between Mastercard entities, and are considered outsourcing agreements by regulators. With increased regulatory focus, we are enhancing governance, controls, and standardization of ICA-related processes. The Tech Intercompany Managed Services (Tech ICAMS) team seeks a Regional ICA Program Manager to support regulatory compliance on Tech services provided via ICAs to regulated entities in the market. Role The Essential Responsibilities Of The Position Are: Support the Regional ICA Lead and global Tech ICAMS team in delivering regional ICA services. Review the ICA database to identify contract obligations, specific tech services, create a gaps/remediation repository, and identify patterns of issues across ICAs. Study existing MA Tech service provider dashboards to understand available data for ICA compliance and identify gaps. Create a centralized calendar of regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting related to ICA compliance. Identify regional regulator focus areas and common gaps to help prioritize activities. Collaborate with regional teams to demonstrate compliance with ICA requirements, including third-party monitoring, incident reporting, and SLA reporting. All About You Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems management, security management, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of regional regulatory landscape, standards like DORA, NIST, CROE affecting Tech services, especially around resiliency, outsourcing, and security. Knowledge of Mastercard TECH organization and legal aspects is a plus. Skills and Competencies Project management skills for timely delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication for global coordination. Ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data. Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a sense of ownership. Customer service mindset and ability to build stakeholder trust. Experience in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements is advantageous.
