Release Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Release Cutover Manager to join their team and lead mission-critical release and cutover activities for our SAP S / 4HANA program. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end SAP cutover and release cycles, ensuring seamless go-lives. Develop detailed cutover plans and ensure alignment across all impacted teams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and execution of technical and business cutover tasks. Oversee release planning, cutover rehearsals, and live cutover execution. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues related to cutover activities. Ensure post-go-live support plans are in place and effectively executed. Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Key Requirements : Proven experience managing SAP cutover and release activities, ideally within SAP S / 4HANA transformation programs. Deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA system architecture and modules. Strong planning and execution skills with attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timelines. Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to start immediately .
