Customer Interaction: Engage with clients and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with their property-related needs. Client Support: Address client concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure that client issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Property Information: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our property listings, including details, availability, pricing, and features. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings and meetings between clients and our sales or property management teams. Database Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions, updates, and relevant information in our CRM system. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or properties to clients, contributing to revenue growth. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and developments in the UAE to provide informed responses to client queries. Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and property management teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service excellence. Feedback Collection: Collect client feedback and suggestions to improve our services and client experience. Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate. Candidate should be well-versed in English.
