Position Details Position: Sales Coordinator Office / Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting to: Sales Manager – Certification / Manager, Marketing & Sales Industry & Facilities Minimum Required Qualifications Specialty: N/A Education: Minimum of 15 years of formal education and a University Degree Training Bureau Veritas Sales Training and Technical training to be provided on joining Detailed knowledge on the BV Sustainability Solutions Sales/ Marketing Training Technical knowledge Awareness of the training product range offered by the offices of the respective countries Understanding of the generic sales process for training products in BMS Awareness of BVC structure and key personnel for certification schemes Ability to develop a quote by identifying client’s processes and organization Understanding of Lead conversion to sales process Knowledge of key BVC systems and tools (e.g., Siebel, Sales Force, Tableau, ZIG, Flex) Understanding of BVC’s certification services conditions Experience Proven work experience in Sustainability Sales in a similar industry Strong organizational and communication skills Responsibilities / Authorities /Accountabilities Primary Functions Prospect new clients within Dubai and northern emirates Identify and develop new business opportunities related to sustainability, environmental, and social responsibility initiatives Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends Communicate value propositions and secure new business Represent the company at industry events and conferences Complete the Sales Loop: client visits, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, contracts, after-sales feedback Create and execute sales and marketing plans for new and existing accounts Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects Technical Expertise Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sustainability product portfolio Business Requirements Upload commercial information in CRM (Salesforce) Record sales activities and report to Sales Manager Self-Management Participate in sectorial meetings, exhibitions, seminars Conduct market research on industry trends Customer Focus Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts HSE Requirements Stop work if conditions are unsafe and report accordingly Ensure personal and team safety, report hazards and incidents Use PPE and follow safety protocols Performance Monitoring Achieve annual sales targets for sustainability portfolio Maintain a sales pipeline at least 3x the target Zero customer complaints Support department DSO target Monitored By Sales Manager – Certification Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development This job posting is active as of now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
