Responsibilities: A Call Center Representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications. Requirements: Strong command of the English and Arabic languages Proficient in desktop applications and the internet Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, and organizational expertise mastering job responsibilities, call scripting, and industry product knowledge Required skills to be successful: 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong communication skills Knowledge of computer management systems Experience with inbound and outbound documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
