Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Executive to lead the planning and execution of a wide range of events and activations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in event management within the UAE, with the ability to handle everything from concept development to on-site execution and post-event analysis. This role requires a motivated individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure that every event delivers a high-impact experience that aligns with brand objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground events including open days, activations, and product launches Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on event concepts, branding, and strategic objectives Manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution Liaise with venues, agencies, freelancers, and third-party suppliers for logistics, production, and event needs Source and negotiate with suppliers for AV, décor, staffing, printing, and other requirements Oversee on-site event setup and operations, ensuring seamless flow and quality delivery Prepare comprehensive post-event reports, including performance metrics, feedback, and lessons learned Requirements: Proven experience in planning and managing end-to-end events in the UAE Strong network of vendors, suppliers, and agencies across the region Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as per event schedules UAE driving license is mandatory Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field Experience in brand activations and lifestyle events is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event/project management tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
