Signage Production Manager

The Designer Advertising and Publishing, popularly known as DNA, is looking for a Signage Production Manager. The Production Manager will perform a wide range of duties related to the physical production and installation of all kinds of signs. Planning and scheduling production of jobs, quality assurance, installation, and staff supervision will be key performance areas. The leadership skills required include ensuring that the Production and Installation teams complete all projects on time and with the highest quality standards, while being team players and providing support for all functions as needed. Job Responsibilities : Organize the production function and plan shop floor operations to meet production targets. Optimize production efficiency by anticipating and eliminating bottlenecks, conducting daily production and sales coordination meetings. Maximize productivity by maintaining good working relationships with operatives. Control rejection levels through strict adherence to manufacturing practices and machine operation standards. Maintain quality levels consistent with standards. Ensure safety and welfare measures are followed to safeguard resources and create a conducive working environment. Maintain discipline and good housekeeping practices on the shop floor. Plan, coordinate, and utilize transport resources effectively. Coordinate with management to implement and maintain ISO procedures and documentation. Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor and signage industry. UAE driving license required. Technical knowledge of sign production and installation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
