Business Manager, Co-Branded Card Business

Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Planning & Execution: o Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the co-branded card vertical that aligns with Klickl’s overall growth objectives. o Identify target market segments and develop tailored value propositions to drive card adoption and engagement among B2B partners. 2.Partnership Development & Management: o Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with banks, fintech companies, payment processors, and corporate clients to launch co-branded card initiatives. o Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration, co-marketing opportunities, and mutually beneficial growth. 3.Product & Program Management: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technology, compliance) to design and implement innovative co-branded card products that meet market needs and regulatory requirements. o Oversee program launch, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the co-branded card offerings remain competitive and customer-centric. 4.Traffic & Revenue Growth: o Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive significant traffic and adoption of co-branded card products through targeted B2B channels. o Analyze performance metrics and market trends to optimize marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and customer acquisition efforts. 5.Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: o Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats in the co-branded card and broader payment landscape. o Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and to refine business models and product offerings. 6.Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: o Work closely with senior leadership to provide regular updates on program performance, strategic initiatives, and market feedback. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of co-branded card initiatives, from product development to customer service.
