On-Site We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting for our operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of UAE VAT laws , IFRS standards , and sector-specific financial practices in Real Estate, Financial Services, or Service-based industries. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers in accordance with IFRS . Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements . Handle bank reconciliations , inter-company accounting , and expense allocations . Monitor and manage accounts payable/receivable . Sector-Specific Functions Track property revenue, service charges, and lease-related transactions . Handle project-wise cost allocation , progress billing, and retention accounting. Manage investment portfolio accounting , brokerage commission reconciliation, and fund tracking. Prepare client profitability reports and revenue forecasts. For Service Providers: Maintain job costing , time-based billing, and revenue recognition by service milestones. Ensure smooth accounting of subscription, AMC, or recurring revenue models . Prepare and file VAT returns as per FTA regulations . Ensure compliance with UAE Tax Laws, ESR (Economic Substance Regulations), and AML guidelines . Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities. Process monthly WPS-compliant payroll , gratuity provisioning, and leave accounting. Develop and maintain MIS reports for management including P&L, cost center analysis, and cash flow forecasting. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Dubai or GCC, preferably in Real Estate, Financial Services, or Service industries. Strong command over Tally ERP / Zoho / Quick Books / Oracle / SAP (any relevant ERP) . Up-to-date knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulatory compliance . Excellent Excel and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
