Direct message the job poster from People Strong Local Emirates citizen only (UAE Citizen) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support primary market research activities by gathering insights on target industries, competitors, and potential clients within the UAE and GCC region. Creating industry specific success stories and craft compelling email messages. Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the sales team. Assist in maintaining CRM data, tracking leads, and monitoring sales pipeline activities. Coordinate with internal teams (product, finance, tech) to support client onboarding and implementation timelines. Manage documentation related to contracts, NDAs, and client communication. Ensure timely follow-up on pending proposals and help organize product demos or meetings. Proven experience in multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, cold emailing, Linked In/social selling). Ability to generate and qualify leads into sales opportunities. Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team. Any translation of presentation / proposal / RFP document from Arabic to English. Ideal Experience: Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred. Preferred work experience : 1 - 2 years in sales support role, preferably in a tech or services company. Expected Skills: Excellent communication in both English and Arabic. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficient with MS Office, Excel, CRM tools and Google Workspace. Other Personal Characteristics: Self-starter with a proactive mindset. Professional, polite, and trustworthy. Comfortable in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
