We're currently hiring a high-performing, bilingual (Arabic & English speaking) Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and the events industry. Drive B2C and B2B sales for weddings, private events, and corporate functions Build and convert a strong pipeline of leads through direct outreach, referrals, and networking Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to closing, and ensure a smooth handover to the planning team Attend industry exhibitions and events to promote Liali Events’ offerings Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and pitch decks Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and provide sales reports to management Stay up to date on market trends, client expectations, and competitors Minimum 2–5 years of experience in event or hospitality sales Fluency in both Arabic and English is required (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Target-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Familiarity with Dubai's events market and client base is a strong advantage Professional, motivated, and eager to grow with the company Location: Dubai – Near Airport Terminal 1, Cargo Village Full-Time
