Project Manager - PMO

Job Description Manage PMO functions and initiate owners in executing their tasks by assisting in developing initiative content, delivery management, and change management, thereby ensuring the success of external and DI IT transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Manage PMO functions in executing tasks. Work on ERP implementation, Dev Ops projects, transformation-related content development, delivery management, and change management. Assist in conducting transformation workshops and creative labs. Ensure compliance with defined methodologies, metrics, and the use of tools for all initiatives and projects. Maintain and store documentation related to transformation initiatives for records. Support initiative owners in executing project-related activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant project management certifications. 10 to 15 years of experience as an IT Manager. Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage. Experience managing Dev Ops projects and operations/change management. Experience working on ERP implementation projects in a project management capacity. Skills in project, risk, and change management. Knowledge of business operations, financial regulations, organizational health monitoring, performance management tools, capacity assessment, transformation models, and methodologies.
