Job Responsibilities Carry out paint polishing works according to the manufacturer’s standards and work instructions manual. Adhere to the principle of 'Fix it Right First Time' (F1). Complete jobs within the allotted time. Provide feedback on additional repairs to the Team Leader, Foreman, and Controller. Inform the Team Leader/Foreman in advance about any delays in work. Work overtime as required by the Team Leader, Foreman, or Controller when workshop load increases. Record BS materials used on the Job Card. Handle customer vehicles safely and securely. Record the paint materials drawn on the Job Card. Obtain approval from the Team Leader/Foreman for any additional repairs. Use protective covers for customer vehicles. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Use protective masks during paint repairs. Ensure materials drawn on Job Cards are used for the respective vehicles. Desired Candidate Profile Trade Skill Certification, Metriculation, or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership, with at least 2 years as a Paint Polisher.
