We are seeking a Senior Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in client-facing roles, especially in customer support, relationship management, and post-sale engagement.Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Client Success.Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate, and helpful information.Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach at all times.Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.Monitor client activity via analytics dashboards and proactively identify areas for support.Conduct regular client check-ins to collect feedback and encourage referrals.Verify completed client accounts for accuracy after setup by the data team.Facilitate the onboarding and deployment process, ensuring all setup details are collected and implemented smoothly.Sales Support & Lead Engagement Identify opportunities for upselling features or services based on client needs.Research potential leads using digital tools, social media, and event networking.Use CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot) to track and manage sales activities.Qualify new leads to determine alignment with target customer profiles.Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to build relationships.Understand and articulate the value proposition of products and services.Support proposal development and client presentations.Help nurture existing client relationships and contribute to long-term retention strategies.Attend client visits or industry events when needed to represent the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
