Overview Our client is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead the market entry and commercial expansion across the MENA region. This is a rare opportunity to pioneer in a fast-evolving space at the intersection of blockchain security, compliance, and financial innovation. As part of a high-growth Reg Tech firm backed by a global digital asset leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our client's presence across the region. Key Responsibilities: Drive go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and revenue execution across the MENA region Build and manage trusted relationships with clients across digital asset exchanges, FSI, payment providers, and digital banks Lead complex sales cycles and partner closely with product, legal, and delivery teams Represent the company at regional industry events, fostering brand credibility and market intelligence Serve as the voice of the customer, informing the product roadmap for regional compliance needs Requirements: Proven sales leadership experience in the Reg Tech, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure sectors Strong network across MENA’s financial services ecosystem, including exchanges, VASPs, and regulated institutions Deep understanding of regulatory and operational requirements tied to digital asset custody, compliance, and infrastructure Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous, high-growth environments Relentless ownership mindset; a builder by nature #J-18808-Ljbffr
