A new position as Recruitment Consultant is open, to handle independently the process from A to Z, meaning: Job •Understand the needs of the job, client, hiring manager, environment • Create/ source a short list of appropriate talent for the job • Lead the conversation with the selected candidates, discuss, understand what the favorite meal and color are, talk about his hobbies, sports, and finally, check his technical skills • Ensure a win-win situation with the client and the candidate • Write appropriate feedback of your feelings / conversation with the talent for the hiring manager • Listen and share advice from/with your supervisor • Dare to ask about unknown solution, communicate, share your personal point of view Profile • Bachelor’s in business & Admin, similar • You are yourself; true, honest, and humble.
