Required a MEP Technician with Dubai Driving license Intermediate School(General (College Proprietary)) Nationality Any Anglophone National Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Installation & Maintenance : Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Routine Inspections : Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues in MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, performing necessary repairs in a timely manner. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades performed on MEP systems. Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Collaboration : Coordinate with other technicians and contractors to ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems. Vehicle Operation : Safely drive company vehicles, transporting tools, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites. Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for MEP systems. Emergency Response : Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns. Desired Candidate Profile Experience : Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in MEP systems installation, maintenance, or repair. Education : Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering. Skills : Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and specifications; strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. License : Valid UAE driving license.
