We’re seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support across corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. You’ll draft and negotiate key agreements, manage regulatory interactions, conduct due diligence, and advise both internal teams and clients across jurisdictions. Requirements : Legally qualified (LLB, preferably LLM / Bar) with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong legal drafting skills, cross-jurisdictional compliance expertise, and a commercially minded, independent work ethic. Strategic Legal Advisory : Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, commercial transactions, risk, and compliance matters across local and international operations. Documentation & Compliance : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents while ensuring alignment with local / international regulatory requirements and licensing obligations. Client & Regulatory Liaison : Advise clients on corporate, employment, and compliance matters; conduct due diligence; and engage with regulatory bodies in cross-border jurisdictions.
