Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates. Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to gather necessary data and insights. Project Evaluation and Risk Assessment: Evaluate project scope and identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact cost estimates. Develop risk mitigation strategies and incorporate them into cost estimates. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and bid documents for submission to clients. Ensure all proposals are competitive, accurate, and align with company objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to ensure alignment on project goals and estimates. Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss estimates and project scope. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cost estimation.
