Rigger

Install and align antennas, microwave dishes, and associated hardware on towers and rooftops. Perform rigging tasks including hoisting, cabling, and securing equipment. Carry out maintenance, upgrades, and swap activities for telecom sites. Ensure proper weatherproofing, grounding, and labeling of equipment. Strictly adhere to safety protocols, use PPE, and conduct risk assessments before climbing. Assist Site Engineer in site surveys and reporting.
