Civil & Architectural Technician – Skilled Tradesperson

We are currently hiring a Civil & Architectural Technician to support maintenance operations at an industrial facility. The role involves performing hands-on civil repair work and assisting the civil engineer with daily activities. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and minor civil & architectural maintenance tasks, including: Repairs to doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and finishes Masonry, concrete patching, and small-scale structural repairs Formwork and reinforcement setup for minor concrete works Carpentry, painting, and finishing work Supervise civil helpers/laborers as needed Assist the Civil Engineer in executing daily site maintenance Follow HSE and plant safety protocols at all times Safely apply repair materials and operate tools in a live plant environment Candidate Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in civil/architectural maintenance or construction Preferred: Experience in power plants or heavy industrial settings Skilled in masonry, carpentry, concrete repairs, painting, and finishing Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and follow verbal/written instructions Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Safety-conscious and comfortable working in live operational areas Other Details: Joining Date: Immediate or as per project schedule Salary: Competitive – based on experience Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area Interior Design Keywords Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
