Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Composites Production Manager at SFG Composites. The manager will oversee daily composite production, ensuring quality, timely manufacturing, and efficient delivery across processes like Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, Wet Lay-up, Autoclave prepreg, and Vacuum molding. Qualifications Experience in Composite Production Management, Manufacturing, and Operations Knowledge of processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, and Autoclave prepreg Skills in Production Planning, Quality Control, and Inventory Management Team management experience Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field Certifications in Composite Manufacturing or Production Management are a plus Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Industry: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
