This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility for some remote work. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting marketing initiatives, conducting market research, assisting with campaign development, and providing customer service support. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support marketing strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Support sales and marketing alignment efforts to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service support. Help manage and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and campaign tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs. Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts and brand visibility. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service . Experience or coursework in Market Research .
