Posted on 10/16/2024 Responsibilities Receive and greet customers, understand their parts requirements, and guide them on the best options available to perform the purchase. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to sell parts and provide customer service. Prepare quotations for required parts, check availability, arrange non-available items from the branch or supplier, and initiate procurement requests. Mark lost sales and report to the branch in charge. Prepare invoices for available items and ensure payment is processed to the cashier. Promote the sale of accessories to all customers to increase sales and achieve targets. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Communicate with customers in a polite manner. Maintain customer back order files and follow up with all concerned parties. Order parts from the main warehouse or other branches. Maintain all documents filed properly. Check and follow up on manual invoices (D.O) to ensure they are closed in the system once issues are resolved. Requirements Secondary Education or Diploma. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the automobile sales industry. Must be computer literate with good communication skills in English and Arabic. UAE Driving license holder preferred.
