We are a team with an entrepreneurial spirit, growing rapidly and looking for an ecommerce specialist to join our Dubai-based team. Ecommerce Manager The e Commerce Manager is responsible for driving online sales and managing the online customer experience by working closely with the regional team as well as the wider international team. They will work closely with key partners across creative, marketing and operations to deliver the best customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities: Full management of some of the regional VITAMASQUES websites: product launches, pushes & promotions, product categorization and landing pages to drive e Commerce conversion Own the user experience of our website, including site experience, campaign roadmap and conversion funnel and provide recommendations for optimizing UI/UX. Develop SEO strategies with a good understanding of how search engines and websites work. Analyze campaign metrics, product sales and site performance. Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting tailored to multiple stakeholders. Provide and align on product forecasts for new products, online exclusive products, limited edition products, GWPs, etc. and create tools and processes to assure inventory at the .com warehouse Manage merchandising, site content and customer service. Partner with our operations team to work with our 3PL relating to customer order issues and work towards finding and implementing solutions for these issues. Generate and present regular reports based on KPIs, business goals and needs. Stay up to date with compliance, rules and regulations. Partner with the internal and external Digital Marketing stakeholders for alignment of storytelling to enhance engagement, traffic and conversions. Develop creative assets and copy that support performance marketing campaigns Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance to find opportunities to gain higher ROAS Define and develop strategy and oversee execution of CRM (Email, SMS and Direct Mail). Ensure growth in these channels through tactics such as aggressive but relevant sign up campaigns, segmentation and AB testing Develop and manage the content roadmap including site assets, landing pages, special sections to amplify promotions, product launches, and other initiatives to build brand storytelling and CRM database while supporting SEO Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce and has worked and managed successful Ecommerce business, preferably from startup phase Experience with the leading Ecommerce platforms, Shopify is essential Solid understanding of various Ecommerce tools, such as Google Analytics, Klarna, Klaviyo, etc. Experience in the beauty/health and wellness space is preferred but not essential Experience with other Digital Marketing channels is preferred (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, etc.). Startup mentality and willing to roll up your sleeves. Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
