Partnership Manager You will be directly responsible for acquiring, managing, and maintaining key Partner relationships with companies that can introduce clients to World First.You will work closely with these partners to drive referrals into the World First business, focusing on the key KPIs at that time.These partnerships may include referrals, affiliate, or enterprise-type relationships. You need to stay up-to-date with World First's latest products and services to promote them effectively to our partners and their clients, representing World First with integrity.You will make regular contact with our partner network, provide feedback on issues they face, and deliver solutions to help them overcome these challenges.Activities may include attending trade shows, hosting webinars, and executing marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable representing World First in various scenarios and locations.You should have a proven track record as a problem solver, executing strategies that deliver value for World First, our partners, and their clients.Work closely with internal teams across multiple disciplines to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners, including securing buy-in from senior stakeholders for large-scale partnerships.Collaborate with partners and internal teams to produce marketing materials, assess product requirements, and provide on-site and remote training and support.What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven experience in a consultative partner sales environment, selling fintech/tech solutions to e Commerce and international import/export sectors. Experience with professional services communities is a plus.Strong connections within marketplace seller recruitment, marketplace service provider networks, and UAE free zones focused on e Commerce businesses are advantageous for lead generation.A results-driven mindset, with experience working in a dynamic team within a leading fintech payments company.A history of exceeding targets and delivering success.Experience in developing strategies to drive engagement and referrals, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.Discipline in work habits and openness to improving processes to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making.Who we are: We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong and can reach their full potential.
