Restaurant Operations Manager

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Restaurant - Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our venues in GCC area. The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant as a whole. Key responsibilities of the Restaurant Operations Manager include overseeing daily operations, leading and training staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. They are also responsible for managing inventory, optimizing sales performance, and analyzing financial reports to make informed decisions. Through their leadership and strategic oversight, the Restaurant Operations Manager helps create a positive dining experience for guests while promoting an efficient and productive work environment for employees. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Previous experience in a high end establishment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in financial management and budgeting practices. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
