Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality. Follow safety guidelines and quality standards to maintain a secure and high-quality production environment. Record production data, track output, and report any malfunctions or inefficiencies to supervisors. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and collaborate with maintenance staff to perform repairs as needed. • Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machine operation is a plus. Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the steel manufacturing industry or similar.
