Job Title: Supply Chain Officer Location: Dubai - JAFZA Employment Type: Full-time Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Reports To: Supply Chain Manager / Operations Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to support and oversee our company's supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will handle procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. This position is open exclusively to Emirati Nationals . Key Responsibilities: Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and preparing purchase orders. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to facilitate smooth supply chain operations. Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues or delays. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Prepare and maintain supply chain documentation and reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred: Knowledge of ERP systems. Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous.
