Business Development Executive – Blue-Collar Recruitment Location: UAE (Dubai) Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, recruitment, or blue-collar hiring Industry: Recruitment / Manpower Supply / Blue-Collar Workforce Solutions Job Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to expand our blue-collar recruitment services in Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships with companies that hire blue-collar workers, and securing job orders Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and approach construction, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, and facility management companies that require blue-collar workers. • Requirement Gathering: Engage with HR and hiring managers to understand their manpower needs. • Lead Generation & Networking: Build a strong pipeline of clients through cold calls, meetings, Linked In outreach, and industry networking. • Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market demands, and UAE recruitment policies. • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth candidate deployment. • Targets & Reporting: Meet business development goals and provide regular reports on client acquisition and sales performance.
