JOB DESCRIPTION Hands-on working experience of ERP Systems & WMS Modules. Move inventory and materials across facilities. Must Have Industrial & warehouse management environment experience. Process inventory for delivery. Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location. Package items and label correctly. Scan delivered items and ensure quality. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors. Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and transportation. Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity. Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels. Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Arrange container off-loading as per schedule. Conduct monthly physical verification of inventory and communicate it to MIS Team. Monitor inbound and outbound activity and ensure timely completion. Drive staff motivation. Requirements Minimum Higher Secondary education (10+2). 3 years experience in Warehouse Management. Bachelor's degree with logistics or supply chain management as subjects would be an advantage. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases. #J-18808-Ljbffr
