The Fleet Onground Coordinator is one of the crucial and impactful roles in our company, and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. Improving rider performance, maintaining and managing rider reports, and supervising rider activities would be the main responsibilities handled by the Fleet Onground Coordinator. Primary Responsibilities: Work from within allocated zones on-field to improve performance, attendance, and quality metric KPIs. Record attendance, availability, location, and delivery capacity of each rider. Re-align rider shifts intra-day to solve absenteeism to meet hub capacities. Visit the different hubs in a zone throughout the week to ensure quality standards are maintained. Train new riders for deployment and track their progress to success. Provide training to riders on any newly deployed features. Work with the zone’s allocated Fleet Coordinator to ensure hub and zone KPIs are met. Track riders’ performance daily to ensure smooth operations by ensuring SOP compliance. Work with the dispatching team to ensure live order tasks are correctly performed. Ensure any kind of special request orders (Priority, VIP user, fragile items) are delivered with care. Be the eyes and ears on the ground and act as a supervisor above the riders, helping them clear out any concerns. Manage all riders’ queries and issues immediately and generate daily riders’ progress reports. To use the Insta Shop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in handling on-demand fleet riders. Excellent supervision and training skills. Superb clarity in communication. Excellent organizational skills. Problem-solving and plan execution skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
