Construction Manager (Bridge Construction)
Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager specialized in bridge construction to lead our ambitious projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of bridge building projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion while managing teams and resources effectively within a dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise bridge construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project adherence to specifications and standards. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout the construction process. Lead and motivate on-site teams, providing clear guidance and support to achieve project goals. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years focused on bridge construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations related to bridges. Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations is preferred. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Experience working with RTA Bridge projects in Dubai is required.
