Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead onsite labour teams and ensure quality workmanship in interior fitout projects. The candidate should be hands-on with fitout methods and capable of managing site activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors onsite. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion. Maintain work discipline, quality standards, and site cleanliness. Ensure compliance with safety and technical specifications. Report daily progress to Site Engineer or Project Manager. Assist in material handling, inspection, and inventory onsite. Requirements: Diploma/Trade Certificate in Civil or related field. 2-3 years UAE experience as a foreman in interior fitout. In-depth knowledge of partitions, ceiling, joinery, and finishes. Ability to read basic Auto CAD layouts and translate them onsite. Strong team supervision, communication, and time management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
