Description
Educational and Professional Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Overall Experience : At least 4 years of experience in Securities, Stock Exchange, or similar operations. Responsibilities : Perform operational activities related to talent acquisition, including preparing annual manpower plans, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, sending invites, and coordinating interview logistics (attendance, schedules, locations, participants). Manage interview assessment processes based on job competencies. Follow appointment procedures as per company policy and DOA. Assist in conducting behavioral and technical assessments in coordination with service providers. Prepare job offers and employment contracts. Coordinate with candidates, answer queries, and support smooth workflow. Identify recruitment requirements, timelines, and expectations to manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively. Search for optimal recruitment channels (recruitment firms, head-hunters, websites, regional projects) to target talent efficiently. Conduct initial screening of CVs and profiles aligned with role requirements. Handle all clearance processes (reference, police, health, security). Assist in onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration. Update employee information in the HR system and coordinate payroll documentation. Follow up on probation and evaluation processes. Advertise and post job openings internally and externally using various channels. Maintain talent acquisition documents such as role profiles, CVs, offer letters, and contracts, ensuring quality and policy adherence. Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
