Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Aviation) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description ROLE PURPOSEThe Engineering Designer is responsible for the design and development of aerospace prototype products, primarily Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). This role plays a key part in transitioning concepts into manufacturable solutions by integrating structural design, composite manufacturing technologies, and production equipment development.Responsibilities Participate in the development and introduction of UAV/UAS prototypes into production, ensuring design feasibility and manufacturability. Perform technological design of aircraft structures, with a focus on composite and lightweight materials. Develop manufacturing technologies for composite parts, including layup strategies, curing processes, and post-processing. Design and engineer tooling, molds, and fixtures required for composite part fabrication and assembly. Select and specify technological equipment and materials needed for prototyping and production processes. Support procurement processes by defining equipment and material requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to ensure design integrity and compliance. Create and manage 3D models, detailed drawings, and assemblies in Solid Works, ensuring design documentation is up to date and production-ready. Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
