Job Description Project Coordinator - Zoho We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator - Zoho to lead and oversee the implementation and coordination of Zoho projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho products, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively.Requirements Project Management & Coordination: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Zoho implementation projects. Coordinate between clients, Zoho developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Track project progress, manage deadlines, and address any issues or risks proactively. Implementation & Customization: Work with Zoho products including Zoho Creator, CRM, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Books, and other Zoho One application. Oversee the implementation, customization, and configuration of Zoho applications to meet client requirements. Provide guidance and feedback to Zoho developers for custom features and API integrations. Client Interaction & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project life cycles. Gather and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and technical teams to resolve any technical challenges. Ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals and deliverables. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and clients. Requirements and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho products. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications. Understanding of Deluge scripting, API integration, Java Script, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is preferred. Communication & Organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Certifications & Education: Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator certifications (highly preferred). Bachelor's degree in a related field. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service and active listening skills. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
