Business Project Lead

We are currently hiring a dynamic Business Project Lead who will be responsible for providing support and assistance in the planning, execution and monitoring of projects. Key Accountabilities: Assist in coordinating project activities by assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, tasks, timelines and resources requirements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meetings minutes, and other records to ensure accurate and organized project information. Act as central point of contact for project stakeholders, team members to facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet the defined quality standards and project objectives. To Join our team, you will have: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business management, business administration or relevant fields. 3-5 years in a similar operational role; business consulting. Project Management qualifications/certificates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prioritization and goal setting; project planning. Problem solving capability. Experienced working with softwares such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office, Zoho, ERP and other project management tools. Language skills: English.
