Well, regardless of what you call it, we've partnered with one of the fastest growing 'i Gaming' companies in the world that's opened up a brand new office here in Dubai. Since the start of the year, they've hired over 15 new people for their new digital transformation team and they're continuing their growth here by building a brand new Product Design function from the ground up. In short, they're looking for someone to help them with their huge rebuild (from scratch ) of a platform used by hundreds of thousands of people globally. More specifically, they'd like to start by hiring a Lead Product Designer to take full ownership of some of their mission-critical projects (and the new design team that will be hired after you join). Here's what you'll have: 7+ years' commercial experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent title). 2 of those years must have been in a Leadership/Management position. A desire to remain hands on from both a UX/UI perspective. A technical background (whether it's a former position as an engineer or a Comp Sci degree) is a plus but not required. Here's what they're offering: A relocation budget provided for candidates who are currently outside of Dubai. A remote-first hybrid position (1-2 days per week in the office).
