On-site About the Role: SYBNOC IT Consulting LLC is looking for experienced SAP EWM Senior Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll lead SAP EWM implementations and help our clients optimize their warehouse operations across various industries. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the full-cycle implementation of SAP EWM — both embedded and decentralized on S/4HANA • Translate business requirements into scalable system designs • Drive blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support • Integrate SAP EWM with modules such as PP, QM, and TM,as well as with warehouse automation systems • Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful delivery • Support pre-sales efforts including solution architecture, estimations, and proposal development • Provide end-user training and develop relevant documentation • Stay updated on SAP best practices and apply them to continuously improve solution design Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP EWM , with involvement in multiple full-cycle implementations • Strong hands-on experience in both embedded and decentralized S/4HANA EWM environments • Experience in pre-sales , including client discussions, estimations, and presentations • Exposure to warehouse automation and third-party integration • Solid understanding of integration with SAP PP, QM, and TM modules • Onsite project experience in the Middle East (preferred) • Industry experience in one or more of the following: Retail, Automotive, 3PL, Healthcare • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder management • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • SAP certification is a plus • Immediate joiners preferred Why SYBNOC?
