End to End Recruitment Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Open Text Consultant with deep expertise in implementing and managing Open Text Extended ECM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Success Factors. You will lead functional and technical design, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support while working closely with cross-functional teams and clients. Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and blueprint documentation. Configure and implement Open Text x ECM with SAP systems (S/4HANA, Ariba, SF). Install and configure Archive Center, Content Server, workflows, livereports, webreports. Lead system design, configuration, and customization efforts. Drive Open Text x ECM implementations, upgrades, and system migrations. Design and execute data migration, system integration, and backup/restore plans. Provide strategic consulting for SAP + Open Text implementations. Work closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Maintenance. 7+ years in IT or SAP consulting with strong Open Text x ECM background. 5+ years hands-on experience implementing Open Text x ECM for SAP. At least one full-cycle x ECM for SAP project implementation. Strong understanding of SAP Business Objects and integration with x ECM. Expertise in SAP HANA DB and Open Text administration (backup, restore, upgrades). Experience configuring workflows, livereports, and webreports in Content Server. Familiarity with business workspace configurations, Archive Center, and Add-on Modules. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related. Strong documentation and client-facing consulting skills. Experience in industries like Manufacturing, BFSI, Utilities, or Pharma.
