Job Title: Sales Operations Manager – Real Estate Development Company: One Group Workplace Type: On-site Job Type: Full Time Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager (Real Estate) to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of core operational systems, processes, and tools across our This role is ideal for an experienced sales operations professional with a background in real estate development, tasked with building a scalable infrastructure that supports business growth and drives sales efficiency. A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations within the real estate development sector is essential. Key Responsibilities: CRM & Process Implementation: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s real estate CRM, ensuring it supports key business needs—from lead capture and pipeline management to unit tracking and reporting. Maintain CRM-based dashboards, automation flows, and lead-to-sale conversion workflows aligned with the real estate development lifecycle. Ensure internal users and agency partners are trained and equipped to monitor their pipelines, broker activity, and unit performance metrics via the CRM. Collections & Customer Support Operations: Oversee the coordination of down payments, post-dated cheques, and installment schedules related to unit sales and real estate transactions. Work closely with post-sales and finance teams to manage buyer follow-ups, resolve payment issues, and coordinate with banks regarding blocked or delayed transactions. Help implement systems for tracking receivables, following up on overdue installments, and escalating non-payment cases. Performance Metrics & KPI Tracking: Assist in defining and tracking KPIs such as units reserved, deals closed, EOI-to-sale ratios, and broker commissions. Collaborate with business development to monitor partner activity and project performance metrics. Ensure KPIs are visible and accessible via CRM dashboards to support timely decision-making. Process Optimization & SOP Development: Support the creation and refinement of SOPs for key sales operations processes, including broker registration, unit reservation, SPA issuance, and project handover. Recommend automation opportunities for lead assignment, document workflows, and post-sale follow-ups. Inventory Implementation, Management, and Oversight: Maintain a centralized inventory system that reflects real-time unit availability, blocked units, and pricing updates. Ensure the CRM is up to date with the accurate status of each unit (sold, reserved, available, or under EOI). Support coordination for unit allocations, agency deals, and audit tracking. Documentation & Record Management: Maintain clear documentation for all sales and post-sales processes, including EOIs, booking forms, SPAs, and payment schedules. Ensure document management practices comply with DLD, RERA, and escrow account regulations. Assist in the preparation for audits and investor reporting as required. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as an operational liaison between Sales, Finance, CRM, Compliance, and Development teams to ensure seamless coordination during launches and handovers. Provide insights on unit absorption trends, payment statuses, and sales operations in support of project delivery. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in sales operations within the real estate development sector.
