Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer instructions properly. Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and company policies at all times. Respond quickly to emergency HVAC service requests, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records, updating them regularly and accurately. Requirements High school diploma or GED, with a technical or trade school certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and standards, including EPA regulations compliance. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commuting and job site visits.
