You will be responsible for coordinating various logistics functions, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. A successful candidate for this position must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. By optimizing logistics processes and leveraging data-driven insights, you will support the continuous improvement of our supply chain activities.Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the entire order cycle, ensuring timely processing. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors to enhance services. Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards. Analyze and improve the logistics processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prepare and maintain accurate reports of logistics and inventory activities. Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics functions with business goals. Manage and monitor transportation and shipping activities to prevent delays. Implement and utilize effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels. Identify issues or potential improvements in logistics and recommend solutions. Utilize logistics software to optimize the supply chain processes effectively. Develop strategies to optimize workflows and minimize supply chain risks. Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders involved in logistics activities. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management roles. Strong knowledge of logistics software and supply chain methodologies required. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle logistics challenges. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with a diverse range of vendors and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics-and-supply chain software.
