Share this feedback with the operations team to identify areas of improvement or address specific customer concerns. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and trending topics to stay informed about community conversations. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to maintain an active presence and build relationships with followers and guests. Job Requirements2 years of proven work experience as a social media executive. Energetic self-starter. Ability adapts to a multi- cultural environment. Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
