Be You Clinics is seeking an experienced Head of Call Center . The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to understand and meet customer needs. The role involves hiring, training, and managing call center staff, setting motivating goals, and ensuring excellent customer service while promoting our services. If you are passionate about problem-solving and teamwork, you may be a great fit. Typical duties and responsibilities: Hire, train, and onboard new call center representatives to meet quotas. Manage outbound team operations. Process weekly sales leads reports for management. Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members. Communicate company goals clearly to staff. Create presentations to motivate and educate staff. Handle conflict resolution between staff and customers. Conduct customer surveys to ensure quality control. Preferred qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a call center manager in an aesthetic clinic. Experience managing a professional team.
