Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our client’s support team. If you’re passionate about helping people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong communication skills, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate, effective solutions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system Handle product or service-related questions and guide customers through processes Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary Follow up on customer cases to ensure resolution and satisfaction Meet individual and team KPIs including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction What You’ll Bring: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable with using CRM software and multitasking tools A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required Join a supportive team where your contribution makes a real difference in the customer experience.
